Education:
  • Education: Masters/MBA in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or any relevant discipline from a recognized university.

    Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Legal management.

  • Candidates with experience in (your industrye.g. Trading/Manufacturing/Group of Companies) will be given preference.

  • Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime software.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime software is mandatory.

  • Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Must be able to type fluently in Bangla (Bijoy or Unicode keyboard).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Strong drafting and vetting skills for legal and financial documents.

  • Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain and supervise all daily accounting activities including income, expense, ledger, and journal

  • entries using Tally software. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash.

  • Ensure timely submission of VAT, Tax, and other statutory returns in compliance with NBR regulations.

  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and third-party vendors on financial matters.

    Administration & Communication

  • Prepare and circulate official memos, circulars, and internal communications in both English and Bangla.

  • Continue follow-up on all legal and accounts activities with all departments and ensure timely support and coordination.

  • Perform any other task assigned by the management related to the role.
