Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and verify all incoming goods in accordance with purchase orders and specified styles.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
∎ Provide detailed reports to the relevant merchandisers regarding pre-production activities.
∎ Issue goods as required for internal production processes.
∎ Coordinate the issuance of goods for subcontracted production and ensure timely follow-up.
∎ Prepare and submit comprehensive closing summaries after shipment completion.
∎ Manage surplus goods by returning them to designated storage areas and report to merchandisers and production directors as necessary.
∎ Maintain organized records of goods movement through meticulous entry and upkeep of registers.
∎ Keep track of monthly export statuses and maintain updated records accordingly.
∎ Organize and file goods documentation based on style and purchase order for easy retrieval and reference.
∎ Ensure accurate posting of all received, issued, and delivered goods in the designated software systems.
∎ Conduct thorough inspections of goods based on item specifications to maintain quality standards.
∎ Facilitate the return of rejected goods, obtain replacements, and issue them for production processes promptly.
