Educational Requirements:
∎ B Com/ M Com in Accounting from any public/ reputed university.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) /Master of Business Administration (MBA) in any Subject will be given preference.

∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items and inventory management as per standard and company policy.
∎ Develop and confirm distribution schedules and routes. Prepare manpower planning, shift arrangement and duty roster for efficient operation.
∎ Maintain stock position of Raw Materials, Spare Parts, General Store and Finished Goods of the Factory.
∎ Ensure that inventory flow is maintained strictly following Batch Tracking, First Expiry First Out (FEFO) and Fist In First Out (FIFO) basis to ensure batch traceability.
∎ Able to use computer to monitor stock levels, order and re-order of goods when necessary, and track the movement of goods/vehicle.
∎ Ensure proper inventory management by controlling stock movement as per Tally Software documents at all the time.
∎ Ensure proper documentation is completed on timely basis for requisition of items.
∎ Liaison with Sales and Accounts department effectively.
∎ Monitor movement of all categories of inbound and outbound Logistics/Transportation/Distribution operations.
∎ Ensure maximize use of surface area and confirm safe and proper storage of goods
∎ Drive overall depot functions e.g. distribution, logistics, transportation and store management as well as security of depot
∎ Maintain Stock Register and Vehicle Log Book.
∎ Maintain step by step good storage practice and develop warehouse management strategies
∎ Maintain store related all paper works & documentations
∎ Ensure compliance with maintaining policies & procedures
∎ Coordinate production team and distribution of all products for smooth production & delivery
∎ Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials
∎ Communicate & coordinate with associates of other departments/functions. E.g. Sales, marketing, finance, accounts etc.
∎ Keep records (hard copy/softcopy) of all important files/policies/circulars/communications etc. for future reference
∎ Perform any other assignments given by the supervisor/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-6 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store & Distribution
∎ Must be well organized, smart and proactive to duties.
∎ Strong reporting skills
∎ Knowledge in Store/supply Chain systems and databases
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Complaint handling, Maintain Compliance.
∎ Knowledge in Tally Software
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office, MS Excel, both in English and Bangla.
∎ Loyal to the Superior and the Organization.
