Key Job Responsibilities:
Understand business plan and do the manpower planning ensuring maximum level of efficiency in drawing prospective talented resources from the industry.
Supervise overall recruitment activities and manage end-to-end recruitment.
Maintain liaison with all business units, branches & back-office to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
Monitor and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.
Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy current as well as future hiring needs.
Prepare and review annual recruitment budget.
Keep track of all recruiting metrics (Cost per hire, time to hire etc.)
Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for campus hiring. Attend career fairs for recruitment and company branding.
Plan Placement & Transfer posting.
Handle disciplinary procedures.
Conduct orientation for new on board staff.
