Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from any public/reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage multiple products or services under a single portfolio
∎ Define the scope of the projects/products in collaboration with senior management
∎ Create a detailed work plan needed to successfully complete the projects/products
∎ Determine the resources and develop a schedule for projects/products completion
∎ Determine the objectives and measures upon which the projects/products will be evaluated at its completion
∎ Review the projects/products schedule with senior management; revise the schedule as required
∎ Manage projects/products staff and/or volunteers according to the established policies and vision of the organization
∎ Develop design and develop libraries and frameworks to document projects/products activities
∎ Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the projects/products
∎ Review the quality of the work completed with the projects/products team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the projects/products standards
∎ Write reports on the projects/products for the management and for funders
∎ Ensure that the projects/products deliverables are on time at the required level of quality
∎ Evaluate the outcomes of the projects/products as established during the planning phase
∎ Deal Closure with proper documentation, Maintain good relationship with customers and partners
∎ Guide to Train and develop tutorials and training materials for team and stakeholders
∎ Plan and develop new features and the next version of products
∎ Build and manage the relationship with industry thought leaders
∎ Lead the technology team of the SBU, Develop and build the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6-8 years' experience in Solution Development with 3-4 years managerial experience preferred.Sound knowledge on Service network, Infrastructure, Solution Architecture and Solution Development, Change Management and Vendor Management.
∎ Working experience in a software development house is a preference.
∎ Should have knowledge on: C, C++, PHP/ ASP.NET, Ms SQL, MySql, HTML/ CSS/JavaScript
∎ Experience in direct delivery management customer interaction
