Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate),Client Service,Network Engineering,Problem solving and decision making,Telecommunication

  • Age 22 to 30 years


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Resolving escalated customer complaints via phone call or remote access without the need for team lead intervention.
  • Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the core network team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  • Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
  • Ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Ensuring SLA timeline.
  • Monitoring of network. 
  • Duty will be Roster based.
