Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Resolving escalated customer complaints via phone call or remote access without the need for team lead intervention.
- Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the core network team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
- Ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
- Ensuring SLA timeline.
- Monitoring of network.
- Duty will be Roster based.
