Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree or above major in Telecommunication/ IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ or other related technical discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Cisco, CCNA/ CCNP will be Preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Administrator (DBA), IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Project Manager (IT System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring appropriate technical assistance, network services, and solutions at customer ends in prompt and efficient manners.
∎ Ensuring continuous follow ups and proper escalations of the un-resolved problems.
∎ Taking active roles in investigating and solving the complex problems..
∎ Monitoring the service continuity at client ends; reporting the service interruptions, and taking prompt actions to ensure service excellence.
∎ Responding to internal and external customers' technical queries with accurate technical details.
∎ Work with a team of support engineers with a view to ensure excellent team performance taking initiatives for comprehensive performance
∎ Suggesting customer service improvement scopes to team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Windows Servers (Active Directory)+Exchange Server.
∎ SQL Server 2005/2008 DBA (added advantage)
∎ MySQL DBA (added advantage)
∎ IIS Admin (ftp and www)+SSL
∎ Firewall and security - IP Planning, Routing, WAN network architecture specially VPN
∎ Linux Server Installation and Configuration
∎ Web Server and MySQL management+ NFS+ Windows Linux connectivity/networking
∎ Asterisk/Free switch (Added advantage)
Salary: Negotiable
