Job Context:
∎ One of the largest Knit textile manufacturing organization looking for some a person who have to handle a challenging position and having sufficient knowledge about fabric quality and related issues.
∎ Textile dyeing technicians mix and apply the dyes that color natural and synthetic fibers, yarns and fabrics. This involves conducting sample experiments and checks in a laboratory. Quality control is an important aspect of the job. QC-Dyeing Manager is an important role to management the QC Dept. of Dyeing section of any knit composite industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all quality related issues for the Dyeing, Dyeing finishing unit as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Effectively interact with Technical development and Dyeing, Knitting, finishing team to maintain product quality; ensuring that requirements are maintained.
∎ Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Responsible for Quality Assurance of the products as per customer requirement and requirement of the international standard.
∎ Build up an efficient and competent quality team and maintain a good harmony with inter and intra department. Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ He will lead to check finish fabrics, find out defects, point out them and takes decision (pass or fail). He implements as well as monitor the quality control methods of entire dyeing, Dyeing finishing department. Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ Should make finish fabrics inspection and quality report both roll and batch wise
∎ Responsible for checking finish fabric quality (roll wise), record data and report to management
∎ Should ensure fabrics quality such as shrinkage, gsm, hand feel etc to meet the buyer requirements
∎ Maintain team discipline and closely monitors compliance procedure (HSE, 5S etc)
∎ Utilize his workforce to bring shade approvals from buying house
∎ Assessing relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Coordination with department head regarding production planning & machine maintenance scheduling.
∎ Review & implement quality SOP
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issue
