Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and allocate resources accordingly - Manage project budgets and ensure all projects are delivered within budget.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the construction process.
∎ Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and regulations.
∎ Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of environmental treatment plants - Monitor and report on project progress to the management team and stakeholders - Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking corrective action when necessary.
∎ Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard of quality and that they meet the company's requirements.
