∎ At least 7 year(s)

Factory HR Administration, General HR, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct general HR operations.
∎ Developing different strategic policies & procedures.
∎ To responsible for talent acquisition, selection, retention & separation.
∎ Ensure timely issuing of several letters viz. offer, appointment, confirmation, promotion & so on.
∎ Look after compensation & benefits, final settlement, maternity & death case issues.
∎ Monitoring & analysis of attendance, leaves, absenteeism, and turnover.
∎ Supervise employee’s performance management.
∎ Design & develop individual & departmental SMART KPI as well as follow up.
∎ Develop department-wise organogram & SOP and prepare JD as well.
∎ Establish & handle proper “Disciplinary Procedure” as required by law.
∎ Planning & organizing training & development session.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have sound knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ PGD in HRM.
∎ To excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.
