Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum capacity 80 lines maintain.
∎ Maintain proper KPI target/ Ratio
∎ Must be able to handle Buyers independently
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Communicate with suppliers for raw materials booking and delivery.
∎ Plan and follow up external factories for timely shipment.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
