Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the grocery retail super shop, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

  • Manage, motivate, and lead a team of store employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and profitability goals through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent overstocking or under-stocking issues. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

  • Maintain support outlet accounts functions (Expenses, local payment, other settlements)

  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Create and maintain an attractive store layout and display arrangement that enhances product visibility and encourages sales.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers, increase foot traffic, and promote store offerings.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and updates. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines within the store premises.

  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to higher management.

  • Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

  • Manage the store`s budget, expenses, and financial transactions, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.

  • Collaborate with higher management to develop and implement store-related policies and initiatives.
