∎ BSc. in EEE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast Knowledge about ACCORD & RSC Requirements and rules regulations and audit facing.
∎ Must have Knowledge of utility departments, such as generators, Boiler, Compressor, fire hydrant, and fire alarming system handling.
∎ Manage and oversee all electrical and utility-related operations in the knit composite garments factory.
∎ Develop and implement electrical maintenance and utility management strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
∎ Supervise a team of electrical technicians and utility staff, providing leadership and guidance.
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
∎ Troubleshoot electrical and utility-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolutions.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical and utility operations.
∎ Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
∎ Manage the procurement of electrical and utility equipment and spare parts.
∎ Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to optimize utility usage and improve overall efficiency.
∎ Prepare and manage the department's budget.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of Laundry wet process machines, Dryer, and Hydro extractor.
∎ Maintenance of Boiler, Compressor, and All types of Generator Set.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
∎ Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT&HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize consumption.
∎ Preparing schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
∎ To identify problems with plant equipment and convey to the maintenance team to solve the problem
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenance as well as to follow ISO standard, Accord, Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plans accordingly.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit to the management.
