∎ 8–12 years of industrial engineering experience in textile (fabric) manufacturing, preferably covering knitting, dyeing, finishing, and AOP.
∎ At least 3 years in a managerial capacity with leadership responsibility.
∎ Strong process knowledge of yarn processing, grey fabric production, wet processing, and rotary/flatbed printing.
∎ Proficiency in IE tools, MS Office, ERP systems, and IE-specific software like GSD or AutoCAD.
∎ Excellent analytical, communication, and team-building skills.Practical understanding of Bangladeshi labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
∎ Strong leadership with hands-on problem-solving approachAbility to work under pressure and in fast-paced factory environments.
∎ Commitment to ethical, sustainable, and safe manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze production processes in knitting, dyeing, finishing, and AOP to identify improvement opportunities and remove inefficiencies.
∎ Conduct time and motion studies, determine Standard Minute Values (SMV), and develop operation bulletins.
∎ Drive line balancing, workflow layout optimization, and machine utilization improvement across all production units.
∎ Introduce and implement lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, JIT, and Six Sigma tailored to the textile process flow.
∎ Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure effective capacity planning, schedule adherence, and timely order fulfillment.
∎ Ensure seamless coordination among knitting (yarn to grey fabric), dyeing, finishing, and AOP to achieve optimal throughput and minimize bottlenecks.
∎ Track and analyze key metrics such as Right First Time (RFT), and machine efficiency.
∎ Identify cost-saving initiatives by minimizing rework, chemical & yarn wastage, and energy consumption.
∎ Standardize best practices to improve process consistency from grey fabric production to finishing and printing.
∎ Monitor consumption norms and take corrective actions to align with budget and process targets.
∎ Collaborate with the QA team to ensure adherence to buyer quality requirements, in-process checks, and finished fabric standards.
∎ Support implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), compliance audits, and environmental sustainability goals.
∎ Evaluate and implement new automation tools, digital dashboards, and production monitoring systems for visibility and control.
∎ Recommend upgrades or modifications to existing machines to support green manufacturing and energy-efficient operations.
