• Perform an implementation team to achieve overall goals and milestones of construction process (Building & Interior Works).

• Analize and prepare site for construction. (Site analysis, site & tree survey, program schedule drawings.)

• Study & check all Construction Drawings and Shop Drawings

• Prepare Budget & Construction Schedule, including material scheduling and document control sections are maintained in projects.

• Site management includes advising in-house design team, managing the project schedule and contractors, ensure project completion

• Incorporate and ensure quality and standard of work, moreover on time delivery of project

• Coordinate and perform with teams across departments and outside consultants, test-fit & incorporate in drawings and coordinate with contractors/vendors

• Study & check all Construction Documents: ensure receipt of all drawings and modify existing to meet on time delivery of project

• Pre CD analysis and Shop Drawings and Assist Vendors in preparing Shop Drawings

• Ensure Integrated key features are identified properly in drawing.

• Responsible for overall construction of various Architectural and Interior Design Projects

• Perform, Monitor, assist and assure timely Delivery of projects.

• Perform on overall project achievement and meeting the key milestones

• Report to GM (HoD), DGM/AGM, Prp.Ar, Lead Ar.& Prj.Ar

• Analize site, tree survey, program schedule drawings.

• Ensure incorporate key features are properly shown in drawings.

• Meeting and coordination with Designers, Engineers, project managers and contractors/vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Manage and supervise manpower resources at site, ensure quality and on time delivery.

• Explore & implement new construction method to increase efficiency, assure quality of product and service.

• Pre CD analysis and Shop Drawings, Assist Vendors in preparing Shop Drawings

• Analize positive or negative issues in drawings, identify them explore possibilities to enhance or reduce them in drawing and integrate it in to design

• Manage and coordinate with design team regarding drawing issues and utilize resources.

·       Explore and implement strategic direction to enhance drawing quality and details. Implement efficiently to ensue project achievement to design team and meeting the key milestones
