Job Context:
∎ Strong command over updated "Bangladesh Labor Law".
∎ Previous Work experience of working in Manufacturing Industries. Work experience of Textile Industries will get preference.
∎ 8 to 10 years of practical work experience as factory HR personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and manage workforce database as required for all employees of the factory.
∎ Implement Factory policies on employee recruitment and selection.
∎ Resolve queries of employees related to HR & IR policies & Processes.
∎ Ensure facilities, salary, allowances and compensation to all the workers and staffs within the stipulated time.
∎ Develop proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff and workers.
∎ Ensure healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Perform rigid development of system for implementation of the various Factory Acts and compliance stipulations in all working environments within the factory in accordance with customers' standards/code of conduct.
∎ Provide support to corporate HR for training need identification as required & arrange training session as per training calendar.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff initiate company activity and make independent decisions affecting all operations.
∎ Maintain employees personal file and updated records timely basis.
∎ Manage attendance & leave for all employees at the factory.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be good in Communication skill, technologically savvy, smart , energetic & presentable.
∎ Vast knowledge over updated Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ Quality Presentation & Communication skill
∎ Knowledge on working at Payroll.
