Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Manager / Sr. Manager (HR & Admin) for composite knit garment industry. The candidate must have above 8 years working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry dealing with top international brands like as M&S, C&A, H&M, American Eagle, Mango, Puma, GAP, Nike etc.
∎ Candidate must have multiple experience like Marketing, Production, Quality, Administration, Compliance, IE and over all supervision of knit composite Industry.
∎ Strong communication skill and at least 5 years working experience as Manager / Sr. Manager or similar post in knit composite industry running over 100 lines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be experienced in the Administration and HR field of any renowned Group of Companies/Export-Import companies.
∎ Experience supervising and managing a team of professional staffs: able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals.
∎ Effective communicator in writing, presentations and in interpersonal communication.
∎ Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
