Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a person with solid experience of working in a reputed flour mill having sound knowledge on flour production, factory machineries, sales and operation.
∎ Communicate with factory's production people and management.
∎ Follow up the production process and recommend improving productivity.
∎ Develop quality control & quality assurance by identifying critical control points.
∎ Prepare monthly production plan considering requirement, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meeting sales indent.
∎ Execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily production process with a view to ensure maximum service level.
∎ Maintenance of QC protocol as directed by the authority.
∎ Communicate with different stake holders and ensure sales,
∎ Coordination with production and other departments like Commercial/ HR/Procurement.
∎ Analyze and make multi reports on weekly, monthly basis including production status and production flow.
∎ Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, Reporting, Regulatory Process, Review, Record Keeping.
∎ Ensure on time smooth delivery.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within & outside the organization.
