Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To design, amend and implement branch service guidelines.
∎ To develop and implement distribution strategies aligning organization’s financial inclusion objectives.
∎ To develop and manage branch service network to maintain a high-quality service standard.
∎ To conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about best practices in the financial service sector and adapt those practices in the branches and service centers.
∎ To formulate and execute comprehensive plans to distribute financial products and services effectively across various channels.
∎ To collaborate with support functions to align financial service distribution and drive implementation of new services.
∎ To conduct routine analysis of financial data to identify portfolio trends and provide key insights to management.
∎ To adhere and maintain all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures
∎ To drive effective customer satisfaction surveys.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ This role will be assigned with the responsibility of ensuring availability of products and services at branches and service points. This role will also ensure highest level of customer service by designing service delivery plan, recruit service people and initiate new service points where necessary.
