Must have managerial experience in Sleeping Bag Sewing unit.

• Must have experience in Sleeping Bag Industry & Sleeping Bag Production

• Supervise & Lead a Team: Manage and mentor a skilled team of sewing machine operators, ensuring smooth, efficient operations within the production unit.

• Ensure Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of the sewing process to maintain consistency and quality across every product.

• Optimize Production Efficiency: Maximize throughput while maintaining product integrity, implementing process improvements where necessary.

• Troubleshoot & Maintain Equipment: Monitor machine performance, perform regular maintenance, and manage repair processes to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with design, materials, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective production schedules.

• Coordination with cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, Planning & Merchandising team for smooth operation of production.

• Ensuring to achieve production targets within given time-frame.

• Ensuring day-to-day operations of the production department

• Ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.

• Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.

• Good knowledge on Pattern and marker, technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.

• Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
