• BSc in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from reputed public/ private institution

• In-depth knowledge of plumbing and sanitary system design

• Knowledge of codes and industry standards (e.g. BNBC, ECR, PWD, ASTM etc.)

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Competency in Microsoft products to prepare reports, schedules, presentation etc.

• Plumbing and sanitary system design of buildings (Commercial, Residential, Industrial) as per national standard, guidelines and regulation.

• Ability to develop concepts as well as detail design and ability to present the same to Client, Construction Engineer and Contractor.

• Conversant in water demand calculation, water distribution and drainage system pipe size calculation, storm water drainage calculation, sewage and water treatment plant capacity calculation.

• Ability to prepare tender BOQ, technical specification and cost estimation for proposed plumbing and sanitary system designs.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
