∎ Post Graduate in any discipline, Preferably MBA in HRM.

∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for overseeing Human Resources of the Company and report to Managing Director & CEO
∎ To assist in Recruitment, Selection & Placement of employees;
∎ Hunt the right people from Bank/FIs/ other organizations;
∎ Continuously review the HR Policies in line with industry practice and update accordingly;
∎ To look after employees service benefits and working facilities including disbursement of this wages & salaries;
∎ Make a training need assessment every year by all departmental heads and arrange necessary training;
∎ Assist in preparation of Business Plan/ Annual Budget by giving estimation of headcount, salary data and other HR related costs;
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate;
∎ Ensure employee Personal Files & Personal Data are maintained and updated properly;
∎ To engage employees in different activities and create a culture of trust, happiness and earn employee loyalty;
∎ To perform other duties of HR not specified above and other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience including 3 years' as Head of Human Resources or immediate below position in any reputed Bank or Financial Institution.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
∎ Strong analytical skill & leadership;
∎ Smart & pro-active;
∎ Positive attitude towards others;
∎ Seeking continuous improvement in entire business process;
∎ Should be well versed in compliance issues and the labor law
∎ Expertise in Excel.
