Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive, greet, and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Schedule, coordinate, and maintain appointment calendars for Management.

  • Receive and manage incoming telephone calls and promptly transfer them to the respective officials.

  • Prepare social media content for Meridian Finance and Investment Limited Facebook page.

  • Supervise and manage all incoming and outgoing courier and postal deliveries of the Corporate Head Office.

  • Monitor, maintain, and control inventory stock at the M-Desk Software to ensure adequate availability.

  • Prepare and process administrative bills in accordance with organizational procedures.

  • Prepare purchase requisitions and forward them to the appropriate authority for necessary approval.

  • Prepare and submit support staff conveyance and overtime bills for review and approval.
