• Strong technical knowledge of lingerie construction, patterns, molding, wire & elastic techniques, and fabrics (lace, mesh, microfiber, cotton blends, etc.).

• Proven ability to handle international buyers.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and PLM systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Garments Sample Room Specially Bra items & team. As the Manager of our Sample Room, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of garment prototypes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.                                                                   

• Oversee all operations of the Garments Sample Room Specially Bra items, including sample production, quality control, and staff management.

• Interpret buyer tech packs, specifications, and comments to develop accurate samples.

  Planning, controlling and monitoring of the whole sample procedure for on time delivery.

• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to translate design concepts into physical prototypes.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of sample orders, meeting deadlines and production schedules.

• To communicate with merchandiser regularly & collect update information about all kinds sample issues.

• Time to Time attend in Buyers meeting in aspect of sample related issue.

• Sample approval information provide to planning and production dept.

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that all samples meet company standards and customer requirements.

• Continuously evaluate and improve sample room processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Analyze & apply easiest making procedure on sample developing stage & confirm by buyer approval.

• Ensure technical & compliance issues in the sample area.

• Supervise and mentor sample room staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

• Manage inventory of sample materials and supplies, optimizing stock levels to support sample production.

• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to garment construction and sample development.
