• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets in domestic and export markets.

• Need to know consumption, costing and pricing of the Sleeping bag products.

• Need to have the ability to negotiate with the buyer to reach the final acceptable prices.

• Managing all issues to ensure timely shipment with quality product.

• Overseeing the update on sampling, production status and other related information for on time shipping.

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and key clients.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Oversee branding, promotional activities, trade shows, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to deliver consistent performance.

• Collaborate with product development and production teams to ensure market alignment.
