Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vastly develop concrete admixture sales of our company
∎ Proper monitoring of the sales team & evaluate their performance
∎ Proper planning for set up new dealers & various promotional activities
∎ Developing a market for construction chemicals. To monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their performances.
∎ To achieve Sales Target of the Company.
∎ To visit Masson and Engineers Consultancy firm for Prescribing and sales Our Products.
∎ To ensure Collection, Deposit, Productivity, and Expansion of the Company.
∎ Develop a business plan and collect information from competitors
∎ Capable of expanding new dealer network to achieve sales growth. To create a new dealership in a vacant area for expanding market share.
∎ To perform market development-related initiatives according to the given instructions of the superiors,
∎ Plan and achieve new Dealer network expansion target by monthly, quarterly, yearly with searching new customers.
∎ Must have the patience to work at the field level
∎ Maintain new dealer inquiries & application data
∎ Regular MIS & good communication. Ability to strong leadership and teamwork to achieve business goal.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ready to take any kind of responsibilities given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those with work experience in Admixture company
∎ Must have at least 05 years working experience as a Manager in any reputed Construction Chemical (Admixture) C o. or Cement Company.
∎ Must have goal achieving spirit
∎ Must have computer skills in various official programs.
Salary: Negotiable
