Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well experience in sales & marketing department and specially in cement Industry
∎ Must be hard working person, Honest, Disciplined.
∎ Prepare annual sales plan & implement strategies to achieve the target& Growth
∎ Work closely with the sales force & monitor their day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
∎ Able to prepare month wise report against collection & sales
∎ Preparation and analysis Customer collection aging report.
∎ Report against Sorting as per practical operation customer nature and prepared customer Grade
∎ Find any risk retailer and discus with management & need take necessary steps for credit recovery.
∎ Arrange month wise meeting with sales team along with management.
∎ Discus market issues with management.
∎ Explore new markets & ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return every customer.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
∎ Tracking competitor's movement & analyzing the market.
∎ Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
∎ The applicants should have potentiality to development clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ To acquire good knowledge regarding others industry, competitors, and their products and promotional activities
∎ Ability to work as a team member under pressure.
