Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Bachelors in Business Administration / Public Administration / Tourism & Hospitality Management from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division / class or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute branding, marketing strategy and plan for training facilities.
∎ Develop and execute branding, marketing strategy and plan for training modules.
∎ Ensure business development, strategize sales and sales marketing operational support to HRLD, BRAC.
∎ Supervise, follow- up and oversee the overall sales and marketing activities of designated projects through regular field visits and provide necessary support for further improvement.
∎ Develop sustainable partnership with different NGOs, TVET institutions, Polytechnic Colleges across the country for conducting training and ensuring continuous flow of training.
∎ Ensure effective promotional work as per requirement and develop strategies and interventions to contribute towards the branding, image building and marketing of BRAC Learning Centre.
∎ Design and execute e-commerce promotional marketing campaigns and responsible for website content management.
∎ Ensure development of effective website / webpage and app of BLC as well as maintenance of customer engagement by undertaking regular activities of BLC Facebook page.
∎ Meet with major stakeholders from all over the country on regular basis for the purpose of business development and make partnership with different associations.
∎ Coordinate among all the units of HRLD, BRAC and prepare monthly reports and other required reports as requested by the Programme Head / Director.
∎ Oversee market research activities including focus group discussions, surveys, internal data analysis, customer feedback trends, and product development projects.
∎ Responsible for development and implementation of brand guidelines and ensuring brand compliance.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years’ of relevant work experience in any reputed commercial / development organization
∎ Must have excellent writing skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
∎ Should be able to supervise and manage team
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
∎ Strong networking and communication skills.
