Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate change management strategy to bring effective changes in leadership abilities at all levels of executives.
∎ Implement HR strategy that ensure continued matching of resource capability with existing and future business development and growth objectives of RDL.
∎ Implement KRA for all permanent employees.
∎ Implement Performance Management Systems (PMS) to ensure that the business has a framework for measuring and improving the performance of people and monitor progress.
∎ Establish reward policies and practices which attract, retain and motivate high performing people for the business as Talent Management Process.
∎ Plan and finalize with the board member regarding developing a clear vision and future organization model through proper Manpower Planning that is fit for purpose and set up for success in future.
∎ Assist the senior management and the board for creating talent pipelines thus ensuring business continuity of key positions, recruit challenging positions by direct sourcing method and provide support to supervisors and staffs for developing skills and capabilities.
∎ Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all permanent staffs of RDL.
∎ Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
∎ Identify training and organizational development opportunities with the help of senior management and departmental heads.
∎ Lead staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
∎ Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans to the senior management.
∎ Ensure staff orientations/ induction training.
∎ Initiate punitive measures including counseling for deteriorated performance of any employee of RDL.
∎ Investigate and understand causes for staff absences and motivate for positive results.
∎ Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire employees.
∎ Conduct exit/stay interviews for employees at any levels.
∎ Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the country and implement best practices.
∎ Administer staff disciplinary formalities in coordination with Senior Management team.
∎ Conduct talent management program each year for selecting/identifying top talents of RDL and suggest retention strategy for them.
∎ Maintain effective employee relations within the employer & the employees and suggest new initiatives to the board.
∎ Periodic survey of compensation and benefits to remain competitive within the industry.
