Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability for checking, scrutinizing of land deeds, land porcha, land records, land maps, city jorip, Lease deed, and documents/papers of Govt./ RAJUK/ Societies plot/ land;
∎ Coordinate with Land Department and Construction Department and joint venture customer (LO) for taking land possession;
∎ Land related documents collection from Govt/ any other bodies, if necessary;
∎ Pursuing new projects;
∎ Coordination with various stake holders;
∎ Ability to understand legal aspects;
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed university
Salary: Negotiable
