Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning and Coordination:
∎ Assist in developing project plans, schedules and budgets.
∎ Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Monitor project progress, track milestones and identify potential issues or delays.
∎ Collaborate with the project team to establish project goals, objectives and deliverables.
∎ Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
∎ Generate regular reports on project status, budget updates and any deviations from the original plan.
∎ Quality Assurance and Compliance:
∎ Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the Quality Control team to implement corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Resouce Management:
∎ Monitoring procurement of necessary equipment, materials and supplies for the projects.
∎ Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments to optimize efficiency.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in constructing Composite structures, Real estate projects.
∎ Must Have experience in construction of high rise building with multi-level basement.
