Quality Management System (QMS) Manager who will work as a Lead our Garment factory at Ratanpur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:
Responsibilities & Context:
Able to manage all types of Technical Audit for different buyers, specially able to handle US customer’s Technical Audit.
Implement all technical Audit requirements of the different buyer
Develop, Manage, Implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company`s Quality Assurance Systems and Maintaining Quality Management System (QMS).
Give Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for any issue about Quality
Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal auditor, work with all Department head for improvement.
Able to Make all types of Quality Metrics & KPI report
Proper guidance and able to arrange training program QA & others department on QMS
Need to monitor the process & see the opportunities to improve; Opportunities need to discuss with top management for implementation.
