Ltd. is a well reputed European lingerie company & diversified business conglomerates in Lingerie Garments, is currently going through a major expansion in its production/Operation, looking for only well skilled in Lingerie Garments product professional in for the position of Manager-QC. Product
∎ Job Location: Adajmee EPZ, Siddhirganj, Narayanganj.
∎ Please only well experienced in Lingerie garments are allowed to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control product quality, maintain quality systems and pass quality audits.
∎ Able to handle buyer as well as local and export .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in Lingerie for minimum 8 years as Manager- QC.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computer.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
Salary: Negotiable
