Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ • Ensure full implementation of quality performance within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection and testing.
∎ • Validates quality process by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ • Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
∎ • Conducts audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ • Plan, promote and organize training activities related to the product quality and reliability.
∎ • Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
∎ • Strong team management skill and leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates and Lead a team of QA, QC/Inspectors in the entire range of garment production to export procedures
∎ • Determining operational and performance qualification
∎ • Making effective plan for quality assurance of the factory to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement
∎ • Report any deviation in QA and QC/Inspectors system to the management
∎ • Any other assignment given by the top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Having sound knowledge on woven bottom garments
