Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to manage and maintain team members.
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each department and process in factory.
∎ Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples
∎ Strong analytical knowledge & experience in quality of the garment product development stage to shipment
∎ Set up quality standards in all section by using records
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
∎ Working experience in handling technical meeting, pp meeting all aspect of quality assurance/control system or quality management system.
∎ Capability of handling well reputed customer labels & represents company when buyers visit & technical audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 9 to 12 years on Technical Outerwear/ Jacket/ Skiwear.
∎ The candidate, who does not have the skills on fluent English both in Reading & Writing need not apply. Aforementioned post requires the genuinely experienced candidate, otherwise please refrain from applying.
∎ High tolerance, ready to work hard and have the appetite to build a wonderful career. Excellent Communication skill in English and good command in MS Office & reporting.
