∎ Post-Graduation/ Masters/ MBA - Public University preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidates must-have the qualities of-
∎ Able to manage and maintain his/ her subordinates
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on Sew Free technology/ Seam Sealing
∎ Setting production standards for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each department and process in factory.
∎ Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples
∎ Strong analytical knowledge & experience in product development stage to shipment
∎ Set up product standards in all section by using records
∎ Analyze Production report data to identify sources of problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
∎ Working experience in handling technical/ production meeting, pp meeting all aspect of quality assurance/control system or quality management system.
∎ Capability of handling well reputed customer labels & represents company when buyers visit & technical audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate, who does not have the skills on fluent English both in Reading & Writing need not apply. Aforementioned post requires the genuinely experienced candidate, otherwise please refrain from applying.
∎ High tolerance, ready to work hard and have the appetite to build a wonderful career.
∎ Also good command in MS Office & reporting.
