Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing:
∎ Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Conducts floor audits and monitor first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Manager.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions
∎ Setup, train, and monitor the QC, QI, and ensure the quality garments reflect the customers' requirements.
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC, and technical staff who are responsible for all quality-related assignments/issues.
∎ Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issues
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, CAD, and some other departments.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by Monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and Technical support.
∎ Output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.
∎ Responsible for Factory evaluation (Technical/audit)
∎ Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Report any deviation in the QA system to the head of the project.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have to design the quality training programs.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Good command of quality control processes.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
