Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGDHRM / PGD In Social Compliance will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Bangladesh Labor Law, Compliance Management, HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead planning, development, and implementation of organizational HR Policy.
∎ Review and upgrading of HR manual and policy periodically and oversee Human Resources Development, Annual Employment, Performance Appraisal, Staff Training, and Management Services.
∎ Ensure & follow up all HR documents as per buyer requirements on compliance issues.
∎ Deal with disciplinary action procedure of employees and staff and maintain disciplinary action log.
∎ Prepare JD for existing and new employees in alignment with business goals.
∎ Handling Employee grievance Management.
∎ Assist to training arrangements in-house and out site office whenever needed.
∎ Establishment of a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staff, and management personnel in the company.
∎ Handle the issues of all sorts of technical & compliance Audit
∎ To arrange Management Review Meeting (HRM) & review the Compliance Audit issues accordingly
∎ To ensure allover health & safety issues in the whole of the company
∎ Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/RSC/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ RCS/ ISO and others certifications Audit.
∎ Maintain liaison with Buyers relates to technical & social issues
∎ Prepare internal audit plan & conduct audit accordingly and make CAP & ensure continual improvement
∎ To handle the compliance-related orientation & training in the whole of the company
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Having knowledge of IT & the ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of Labour law.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
