∎ Ability to work under pressure & can-do multitasking.
∎ Able to quickly respond by email and any reporting.
∎ Advance Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, & Internet Browsing etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keeping records of daily export, maintain customer ledger and export related reporting.
∎ Keeping record of daily production with the valuation and monthly reporting.
∎ Keeping record of daily stock consumption with the valuation and monthly reporting.
∎ Keeping record of work in process with the valuation and monthly reporting.
∎ Valuation and keeping data base all kind of inventories and stock.
∎ Maintain records of finished goods with the valuation on the basis of different customer.
∎ Preparing monthly sales and stock report for the preparation of profit or loss account.
∎ Monitoring stock and inventories and monthly stock and inventory counting.
∎ Inventory management and planning the best way for keeping it safe.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge on Accounts, Inventory & Stock maintain activities with work in Process. And find out the process losses quantity, value, percentage etc.
∎ Prepare accounts daily, weekly & monthly stock report. Ensure proper monitoring of each and every transaction.
∎ Assist in transferring of inventory into and out of the company warehouse. Follow up with customers regarding Payment and delivery. Monthly Sales Report & Accounts all Activities.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
