∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for controlling the stores operations by ensuring that all materials are correctly handled, recorded, received, stored and issued.
∎ Supervise and maintain record of Raw materials, store & Issued and Stock & Valuation.
∎ Maintain Daily, Monthly, Yearly stock & Consumption statement.
∎ Should ensure that store as properly maintained and kept clean and tidy and access to the stores is restricted to authorized personnel only.
∎ Develop and implement efficient inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize wastage and prevent stock outs.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards in the storage and handling of food products.
∎ Maintain Accurate stock and supply according to FIFO basis. Follow up BIN Card updating and always keep accurate physical inventory and match with ERP Tally Software.
∎ Ensure employee's safety as per compliance.
∎ Supervise all employees of warehouses and proper management of manpower activities .
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
