Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline also can be applied.
∎ Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role, with a strong background in security, health, and safety management.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to security, health, and safety.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
∎ Certification in relevant areas such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Security Professional (CSP) is desirable.
∎ Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
∎ Experience in implementing safety protocols within construction and project environments is a must.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with a background as a commissioned officer in defense.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to oversee and manage all areas of the health, safety and security of the organization and it’s people to assure the safety of property, assets in the organization – encompassing Field Operations, Investigation & Intelligence, Physical Security Operations, and Technical response in the Group.
∎ To implement strategies on security, health and safety management, investigations and actions.
∎ To advise Management on appropriate measures and standards on security and safety of company as well as to manage all aspects of physical and construction workers security and safety.
∎ To investigate, follow-up and resolve security issues/cases and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) incidences affecting company in liaison with law enforcement agencies.
∎ To establish and maintain linkages with law enforcement agencies to enhance company security and safety.
∎ To ensure Zero Tolerance in safety issues for all the stakeholders of the plant.
∎ To monitor closely the construction areas of the plant and ensure the safety measures of all workmen including the third party construction worker.
∎ To ensure timely and accurate reporting of security incidents, investigations, and resolutions.
∎ To assess the risks related to the health, safety and security of the infrastructure and workers health and safety.
∎ To formulate and continuously reviewing standard, policies, processes and procedures on security and EHS.
∎ To review safety method statements, initial Environmental Impact Assessment, environmental audit, training manuals and organization’s work instructions and procedures
∎ To develop a Health Safety & Security communication strategy for the organization and the workers and employees.
∎ To develop, coach, mentor and train the health, safety and security team.
