∎ KB & Academy buyer experience will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set the layout and process flow as per the product category.
∎ Coordinate with the planning department for the finishing plan for smooth shipment delivery on time and the same is been executed.
∎ Coordinate with the production department to clear the goods on time for the finishing input and on-time delivery.
∎ Coordinate with the merchant department for the packing method trim approvals before loading the modular finishing lines.
∎ Conduct the training program for unskilled operators and supervisors.
∎ Give technical guidelines to the production team to improve productivity.
∎ Ensure with the dispatch/ production account department for the same size-wise, PO-wise, color-wise, and assortment-wise input feeding to finishing modular lines as per the finishing line plan and shipment plan.
