Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible of raw material warehouse & finishing goods.
∎ Coordination with team for import & export plans.
∎ Ensure & follow up of loading & unloading of vehicles - with in stipulated time line.
∎ Monthly leftover reconciliation report & process as per SOP.
∎ Ensure & follow up of GRN and inventory records & submission to F&A on daily basis
∎ system updates and barcoding & scanning of fabrics.
∎ Ensure & follow up of the compliance requirement of WH.
∎ Coordination for WH audits (compliance/buyer).
∎ Monitor & control - of import shipments as per SOP (7 point check , quality conditions).
∎ Insurance claims /fabric replenishment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in warehouse operations in RMG industry
∎ Qualification in materials management or degree
∎ Proficient with computer operations and hands on experience with any of the software pertaining to issuance/receipt of the material
∎ Excellent in people management

Salary: Negotiable
