Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managed entire responsibility of the QC activities for all the products manufactured across Plants.
∎ Ensure right specification in place for all products manufactured.
∎ All in Line quality checks in place for 100% defect free products dispatched to customers.
∎ Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities.
∎ Managing quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional departments.
∎ Responsible for continuous up gradation of quality systems for better control and compliance.
∎ Periodically conduct Internal & External quality audit.
∎ Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
∎ Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
