• Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Computer Knowledge : Microsoft office Program with e-mail & internet browsing.
• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Maintain commercial related activities.

• Responsible to prepare commercial invoice.

• Prepare, review, and submit all necessary commercial papers/ documentation.

• Check all documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan, others certificate).

• Ensure all the commercial activities correctly and timely.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team, to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals. 

• To make correspondence with factory/ external parties/ customers as and when necessary.

• Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management's requirement.

• Any others task is given by the management.
