Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to prepare commercial invoice.
∎ Responsible for maintaining commercial papers/ documentation.
∎ Check all documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, others certificate ).
∎ Ensure all the commercial activities correctly and timely.
∎ To make correspondence with Head office/external parties/ customers as and when necessary.
∎ Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management's requirement.
∎ Any others task is given by the management.
∎ Maintain commercial related activities from factory.
∎ Responsible to prepare commercial invoice.
