Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Responsible for performing Overall Duty in the Dyeing Color Lab.
∎ ·Must Have sound knowledge of Polyester, Nylon, Cotton, CVC, PC, Viscose etc Dyeing
∎ ·To receive color standard from buyer and give a color reference no.
∎ ·To match the color then submits to buyer for lab approval.
∎ ·Sound knowledge about pipetting.
∎ ·Sound knowledge about different types of Yarns & dyestuff.
∎ ·Sound knowledge about Data color & Auto dispenser.
∎ ·To recheck the entire recipe before bulk dyeing
∎ ·Should have efficient expertise regarding chemical management system in terms of legal laws, rules & updated buyer's COC.
∎ ·Should have proper knowledge on MSDS, TDS, MRSL, RSL etc.
∎ ·To check the different types chemical and store the report.
∎ ·To check the dyestuff lot & store the report.
∎ ·To test the yarn count and ready the quality certificate.
∎ ·Effectively working to reduce the dyeing cos.
∎ ·Ensure the buyer requirements.
∎ ·Ensure each auxiliary & dyes quality before entry the dyes house.
∎ ·To build up the communication of the department.
∎ ·Maintain Lead Time.
∎ ·Communicate with other Departments Regarding Standard Receive.
∎ ·Reduce Re-work %.
∎ ·Additional responsibility to maintain the following parameters for providing necessary assistance of compliance in his working area
