∎ B.Sc. in Textile Technology from any reputed Public University with adequate knowledge in the Spinning, Weaving & Processing Industry
∎ Minimum 2-3 years in the Weaving, Spinning & Processing Industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated, and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS Office applications.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Compile different reports and business presentations, summarize, and submit to Hon. MD as required.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the production processes of Spinning, Weaving, and Processing Units·
∎ Review production status of orders, and determine if the factory is manufacturing the products to specified quality levels and report to Hon. MD·
∎ Meet the daily, weekly, and monthly production target·
∎ Update the management of the Daily Production status·
∎ Forecasting the daily, weekly, and monthly production quantity and coordinating with Management·
∎ Access the production process find out the Gap and make an action plan to mitigate the gap·
∎ Update the management of the production status·
∎ Maintain all buyer’s order statuses, and update production information through ERP.
∎ Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
∎ Update the management of the Inventory status·
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management
