Responsibilities & Context:
Improve product quality by monitoring, maintaining buyers' requirements and SOP for all steps in process, also provide and communicate for technical support.
Maintain quality assurance department operation successfully, provide all kinds of instructions, develop policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality product as per buyers' requirement.
Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to achieve customers' quality standard.
Take full responsibility for quality assurance through the entire manufacturing process.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expected from finished product.
Review output against the sample / instruction / requirement.
Take necessary action / inform the authority if any discrepancies found.
Finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality team.
Individually handle all types of Quality Management Audit. Especially ISO 9001.
Any other task assigned by management.
