Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Garments, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning the task schedule for each SBU (Spinning mills,Knit composite & Cosmetics Limited)
∎ Looking after the overall part of SCM that includes Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Logistics & inventory Management.
∎ Ensuring the process of procurement, inventory, supply, logistics and distribution.
∎ Responsible for making sure that each step of the process is being performed effectively.
∎ Constantly communicate with key personnel in procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics and distribution department of the organization to ensure that the objectives of each 'SBU-Value Chain' is achieved.
∎ Communicate with the Finance & accounts departments to ensure the easy flow of budget. and cash
∎ Ensuring the minimum stock level of materials for the smooth operations of each SBU.
∎ Achieving the optimum efficiency of stock management(a week for each step-pipeline, transit, floor, ware-house)
∎ Maintain good relationships with Suppliers and ensure that the flow of materials available at minimal cost and best quality with JIT delivery.
∎ Maintain multiple supplier contacts and update them as prompt.
∎ Examine the process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 44 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in international/ local purchase & procurement at Spinning mills/Knit Composite/ Cosmetics or any chemical industries is mandatory.
∎ Highly analytical skills
∎ Training on ISO 14001, ISO 18001, JIT process & factory safety is highly preferable
